We are located on level 10, which is the top floor in the building, this means we get to enjoy the fantastic sweeping views of the city – we already know the balcony is going to be a big hit in the summer! The Office has 18 sit-stand desks, as well as a social working space, small meeting room, kitchen and social/breakout area. The building has many perks such as an in-house gym, where our members can take a break from coding for a lunchtime workout or HIIT class.

There is also a new coffee shop opening soon for us to get our daily caffeine fix and finally, one of Belfast’s most popular Pizza restaurants, Orto, is located on the ground floor – we’ve already tried them out for one of our office lunches and can confirm, they were delicious!

The new Unosquare Belfast Office ticks all the boxes by providing us with the perfect space to connect, collaborate and unwind. It also plays a pivotal role in supporting our London sales operation. We look forward to many more months of work and fun in this fantastic new space!

Companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage of revenue growth from 2017 to 2020. To qualify, Unosquare needed to have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2017. We needed to be a U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2020. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired – we have not)

The minimum revenue required for 2017 is $100,000; the minimum for 2020 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to three decimal places. There was actually one tie on this year’s Inc. 5000, if you can believe it.
